Offline-ready lead capture

Keep collecting contacts when the Wi-Fi disappears.

Coldwire Sync lets field representatives save contacts to a pending queue during weak or unavailable service, then manually sync when the connection is dependable again.

Save locally

New contacts remain in the device's pending queue while connectivity is unreliable.

Sync deliberately

The representative starts the upload after service returns instead of trusting a fragile connection.

Wait for confirmation

The device clears a pending record only after the server confirms the upload.

Built for uneven connectivity

An offline lead capture workflow that keeps the handoff visible.

A crowded hall, a remote job fair, or an outdoor community event should not force your representatives back to paper. Coldwire keeps pending work visible so the team knows what still needs to sync.

What your team receives

  • A branded contact-capture page
  • Representative access for the people collecting leads
  • An offline pending queue with manual sync
  • A protected review area for authorized staff
  • CSV export for the next follow-up step

Offline lead capture FAQ

Answers before the signal drops.

Can representatives enter contacts with no internet connection?

Yes. Coldwire is designed to save eligible contacts to a local pending queue when the device cannot reach the server.

When do pending contacts leave the device?

A pending contact is removed from the queue only after the server confirms that the upload succeeded.

Does synchronization happen automatically?

Coldwire uses a visible manual-sync workflow so the representative can reconnect, start the upload, and see whether it was confirmed.

Where does the office team review the results?

Authorized staff use a protected review area for their company and can export the collected contacts as a CSV.

Prepare for the next dead zone
