Terms of use

Effective October 3, 2026

Coldwire Sync provides branded contact-capture workspaces for approved business teams. By using the service, users agree to use it lawfully and only for information they are authorized to collect and manage.

Authorized use

Access codes, PINs, QR codes, and signed-in devices are for the assigned business and representative. Users must not share protected access or attempt to view another business’s records.

Contact permission

Businesses and representatives are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any consent required before collecting or using a person’s contact information.

Offline use

Pending records may remain only on the device that collected them until a manual upload is completed and confirmed. Users are responsible for protecting the device and confirming that pending records have been sent before clearing, replacing, or retiring it.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of network and third-party service interruptions. Users should keep an export when their workflow requires a separate backup.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
