Privacy at Coldwire Sync

Effective October 3, 2026

Coldwire Sync is built to collect only the information needed for a business team to follow up with people who choose to share their contact details.

Information collected

Business contact forms may collect a name, email address, phone number, the assigned representative, and the date and time the contact was saved. The Coldwire inquiry form may collect a name, business name, email address, phone number, estimated team size, and the message the visitor chooses to provide.

How information is used

Contact information is used by the applicable business to follow up on the conversation. Coldwire uses technical information only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Offline storage and syncing

When a representative uses the offline capture tool, pending contacts remain on that device until the representative manually sends the list and the server confirms receipt. A signed-in device may retain its representative session for up to 30 days unless the representative logs out.

Access and deletion

Authorized business administrators can review, export, and delete their business’s synced contacts. Deleted contacts remain recoverable for 24 hours before permanent removal.

Security

Coldwire uses access controls, signed sessions, rate limits, and business-level data separation. No internet service can promise absolute security, so representatives should also keep their devices protected.
